THE BEGINNING
Our story began on June 11th, 2019 when our family was faced with the devastating impact of a loved one suffering from a Traumatic Brain Injury after falling and cracking his skull on a concrete floor. Initial survival was questionable and the road to recovery has often been filled with more questions than answers. We've spent many days researching online to try and traverse through the many steps of recovery, most of which were only learned of with only a few days to research, plan and execute. The process left us making quick decisions on a tough situation. What is next? Where do we go from here? What do we do? When do we do it? How do we handle it? What are the needs? What are the pro's and con's of where we're sending our loved one? How good is the staff? What are the possibilities? WHERE CAN WE FIND THE R.E.S.T. WE NEED? We could write a book filled with all the questions we had and, unfortunately, to find most of the answers meant spending hours online searching through any website and article we came across. Our experience has led us to our dedication of raising awareness and support for other survivors and families of TBI's.

We aim to provide the best user experience we can in order to help as many Survivors and Families get some R.E.S.T. as we can.
